STATE BUILDING CODE COMPOSITION:
The Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota does ordain as follows:

Building Code:
The Minnesota State Building Code, established pursuant to MN.Stat.16B.59 to
16B.75,one copy which is on file in the office of the University Building
Official, is hereby adopted as the building code for the University of
Minnesota. Such code is hereby incorporated in the Regent Policies as
completely as if set out in full.

Administration required: The following chapters of the code must be
administered by the University of Minnesota.
